Nanna-nanna-nanna-nanna JACKPOT! The 60s Batman TV series finally gets a home video release later in 2014, meaning Adam West’s Batman will now also become an Amazon(.com) warrior! We have Conan O’Brien to thank for leaking the news a couple of weeks ago, and it was later confirmed by Warner Bros.

All three seasons will be featured in a complete box set. This epic TV phenomenon originally ran on ABC from 1966 to 1968. Warner Bros had no response to the realization that pretty soon, most Batman TV show fans will all soon be dead.

So, if you have a Julie Newmar crush, you can finally pause, zoom and, er, contemplate. Prior to this news, fans only had Burgess Merideth to drool over. Well, and of course former Miss America Lee Meriweather in the legendary catsuit from “Batman: The Movie,” which was all that was available for “legal” purchase.

We can also thank O’Brien for some great skits on SNL and the Simpsons. No word on what Conan thinks of Jay Leno leaving the Tonight Show for the second time. 😛
