When Evan Williams Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Sour Mash Jr. was born in 1783, he was three weeks premature and a half-pint underweight. As a teen he was overshadowed by his cousins Jack Daniels and Kenneth “Wild” Turkey.
On his eighteenth birthday, Evan left for Hollywood, vowing to blaze his own trail … and a doobie. Throughout his checkered career he’s had scores of acting gigs (and chicks), including a role in a Charlie Chaplin feature, a producing credit on Episode 23 of Betty Boop, and an appearance in a commercial for Aunt Louisa’s Homestyle Pimiento Cheese (“Eat with the Auntie”).
He is still going strong. This is rare video from behind the scenes of his current off-Broadway endeavor, “Evan Williams: Private Eye.”
