Divas of Dodge

Year after year, the Chrysler Corporation (and consequently controlling company, Fiat) have arguably the best display at the Chicago Auto Show. This can be attributed to their annual full user experience via their off road Jeep and Chrysler ride-alongs as well as some of the sexiest sheet metal to have ever been forged. Were they to discontinue the Challenger, Charger, Viper and 300C, well, we’d be talking about another manufacturer entirely. Changes to these marques were decidedly minimal (dare anyone mess too much with perfection?), but where Dodge has once again outdone itself is with their spokesmodels. They’re some of the most outspoken, outgoing and downright beautiful people associated with a manufacturer. It makes one wonder what the heck Porsche is thinking when they pay for a premium position (up front, at left) and then foist some bubble-headed bleach blondes who don’t very well know the product and would very much prefer to send selfies to their 200 Instagram followers. Go to the auto show this year and hang a right, head all the way back and this is exactly where you should start your automotive experience. Thanks to the divas at Dodge, what’s old is new again: sexy sheet metal, amenities and horsepower.
