We go to China where we chat with “Smile”, a young man practicing Buddhism. This may not seem so out of ordinary considering China has arguably exported the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama more than even it country of origin, India. But with the Chinese Communist government’s heavy-handed effort over the past 60 years at persuading it’s citizens to abandon the ‘old ways’, our guest is a modern anomaly. Smile tells us about his beliefs, struggles and his difficult journey to meet face to face with the world renown Buddhist master Chin Kung.
